Statutory Requirements as notified by
Delhi Arya Pratinidhi Sabha
to perform
Marriage in any Arya Samaj Temple of Delhi State are listed below.
These requirements have to be duly satisfied prior to perform a Marriage.

The Bride and Groom shall be Arya
(Hindu).
-
The minimum age at the time of
Marriage is 21 years for Groom and 18 years for Bride.
-
The Marriage must be free of Dowry.
-
The Arya Samaj Temple must be duly authorised by
Delhi Arya Pratinidhi Sabha
to perform a Vivah Sanskar.

OTHER
TERMS & CONDITIONS |

-
All marriages (Vivah Sanskar) will be
performed by Arya Dharmacharya(s) in compliance with Sanskar Vidhi as prescribed by Maharshi Dayanand Sarawati.
-
All dues shall be paid in advance and the
proper Receipt must be obtained.
-
Liquor, Non-Veg Food, Dance, Film Songs are
prohibited inside and around Arya Samaj Temple Premises.
-
A duly signed valid marriage certificate
will be granted to the newly wed couple after Vivah Sanskar.
